Our Leadership Team
Diana Baty
President
Diana Baty manages CBA operations and has over 20 years of experience managing global teams. Prior to establishing Clark Baty Associates, Ms. Baty led a team of 100 professional staff and managed an annual budget of $15 million for a Fortune 500 company. Her work history includes leading programs at BET, Sprint, and British Telecom. She has had the privilege of managing team for premiere brands and leading project teams in Washington DC, New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and London.
Diana earned her bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Decision Sciences from George Mason University. She is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications and is a Betsy Magness Fellow.
Fun fact: Diana started her career as a programmer for CACI and has a voracious appetite for sci-fi shows.
Adam Clark
Board Member
Adam Clark, a founding partner, continues to serve as a strategic advisor. Mr. Clark has over 20 years of experience delivering Information Security in mission-critical environments. His areas of expertise include Information Security, Systems Engineering, Data Protection, PKI & certificate management, Key management, and HSM support and management.
Mr. Clark is the Vice President of Applied Cryptography at Visa. He holds certifications in PCI Internal Security Assessor (ISA), CISM, CTGA, CRISC, CISSP and MCSE.
He sits on the following standards bodies: PCI, ANSI X9, INCITS
